The project involves the demolition works to the existing garages sites followed by the design and construction of two three storey blocks of flats containing 8no residential units (5x2 bed and 3x3 bed) to Ellerslie Gardens and two houses (2x2 beds) and a three storey block of flats (1x1 bed and 3x2 bed) to John Perrin Place.
