National Grid UK Ltd wishes to engage with interested parties and undertake a soft market test exercise (‘soft market test’) relating to the provision of dental services to National Grid employees and contractors based in National Grid House, Warwick. There are approximately 3 000 National Grid employees and contractors based in NGH of which around 500 are currently registered and using the onsite dental service. The objective of this process is to understand what opportunities exist for the rental of internal space for the use of dental services. The proposed 5 year (+3 additional extension periods of 12 months) rental agreement within the scope of the soft market testing will be to replace an existing service agreement for the provision of dental services. Specifically National Grid is looking for: — A private practice (non NHS), — Compliance with General Dental Council's performance requirements and obligations, — Compliance with National Grid's Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) requirements.
