Tender description

The scope of the works involves everything that is contained within the Works Requirements. As a guide, the project comprises, but is not limited to: •Site Clearance •Full demolition of buildings (including removal of building foundations) •Partial demolition of buildings (including removal of associated building foundation sections) Propping/Supporting of Existing Buildings/Structures relating to demolition works •Removal and disposal of all contents of buildings (including hazardous substances/materials) •Removal of disposal of underground fuel storage tank and underground interceptor (which includes excavation works) and overground fuel/bitumen storage tanks •Removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials in accordance with current regulations and legislation •Removal and disposal of hazardous substances/materials in accordance with current regulations and legislation •Excavation and removal of building foundations/underground pits or the like •Importation and laying of appropriate fill material to make safe excavations •The provision of all necessary site security and traffic management to complete the works safely •Other ancillary works •Any other works as described or inferred on the drawings
