Tender description

The Estates Department of the Trust requires a contractor to undertake the smaller planned capital schemes on the New Cross site. The schemes are likely to be mixed building and building services to public as well as back of house areas with a value of up to £250,000 individually, although this is not guaranteed. Framework contract for an initial two years, plus the option of two further 12 month periods. Suppliers are requested to express their interest via the Due North/Pro Contract portal.
