Tender description

The City invites Tenders for the provision of concrete repair works to the external walls of residential blocks of flats, car parks/garages and other items as directed within the Barbican Estate, Middlesex Street Estate and Golden Lane Estate. The tender will be split into two lots Lot 1: Concrete Repair work to the Barbican Estate Lot 2: Concrete repair work to the Golden Lane Estate & Middlesex Street Estate Should a single contractor win both lots the City will require a discount applied on the overall cost of the works. The duration of the contract is one year, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 6 Months. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 1 year and 6 months.
