Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is currently utilising two legacy IP telephony systems, and while this has given the organisation the ability to pass calls between Council sites at a basic level, it is now clear that in order to improve delivery of customer service we need to procure a new IP telephony solution. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gain an understanding of the latest developments in telephony solutions and how this can inform the Council’s specification.
