An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying services for a period of 3 (three) years with an option to extend for a further 2 (two) years. Scope of work: — Strategic media planning, — Implementation of media planning, — Media negotiation, — Media buying across all media, — Post campaign analysis, — Analysis of industry and bespoke research, — Analysis of sales data for the purposes of informing planning and strategy, — Implementation and analysis of social listening to inform planning and strategy, — Analysis and negotiation of sponsorships, — Administration and vouching of invoicing, — Planning and buying for digital advertising including web, pay per click search and social media, — Management of and planning for social media content and promotions, — Access to syndicated research to which the agency subscribes, — Value pool. Note: The successful bidder resulting from this tender process will be required to participate in Media Audit processes.
