WDC - Contract for the provision of 3 play areas in The Holt, Ebourne Rec and Bates Memorial

Tender description

Warwick District Council is seeking a suitably qualified company or companies to design and build a play area at 3 separate sites, split into 4 lots. Lot A - The Holt, Lot B - Ebourne Recreation Ground and Lot C - Bates Memorial, Lot D - All sites (A,B and C). The Contract Lot values are: Lot A - £50,000. Lot B - £40,000. Lot C - £40,000. Lot D - £130,000 We reserve the right to award all, some or none of the lots. It should be noted that this information is supplied by way of historic background and the Council gives no guarantee and accepts no liability as to the future volume or value of potential business which may be placed with a supplier. Site visits: These are available on Wednesday 26 July as follows: 9am - The Holt; 10am Ebourne Rec; 10.30am - Bates Memorial. If you would like to attend any of these visits, please send a correspondence confirming your attendance through the portal and you will be contacted with further information. Each site visit will begin promptly at the times stated. For late comers, information will not be repeated. All questions and answers raised during the site visits will be minuted and published on the csw-jets portal after the event.
