Islington Council is seeking to appoint one contractor to a single supplier framework agreement. Contracts based on the framework agreement shall follow the terms of the framework agreement including the call-off procedure. The arrangement will be monitored against a range of outcome based indicators which the provider will be expected to achieve. The details of these indicators will be included within the contract specification and the successful organisation will need to demonstrate they have the capability and capacity to meet these requirements. The services will be required by Islington Council and other participating organisations who may access the framework agreement. Those organisations are: City of London Corporation and London Borough of Waltham Forest. The requirement to provide all aspects of tree surgery works, including the pruning, felling and planting of trees.
