Tender description
NHS England South region have prioritised capital funding to support Transforming Care Plan delivery in 2017-18 and 2018 - 19, with annual funding of at least £5m available in the South. The funding is available to support the discharge of inpatients and is anticipated to be predominantly used for the acquisition and adaption of homes for people with learning disabilities.
