Tender description

CAFRE has a current requirement for leasing tractors and material handlers. This contract will be subdivided into lots. As per Regulation 46(4), the Authority is including a limitation on the number of Lots that any one Potential Manufacturer can be awarded. Whilst Tenderers are able to submit bids for as many Lots as they wish, there is a limit of a maximum of two (2) Lots that any one Potential Manufacturer may be awarded. The limit applies across Lots 1A — 1F for the leasing of Tractors, such that any one Manufacturer can win no more than two (2) Lots in total. Should the same manufacturer win more than two lots then award of lots will be on a priority basis as stated within the Instructions to Tenderers Document. In the event were the application of the above Lot Award Strategy results in no award CPD reserves the right to increase the number of Lots that can be awarded to the same manufacturer.
