Tender description

The Waterford Harvest Festival is a celebration of food and culture, particularly highlighting artisan organic food production from the South East Region. In 2016 the total visitor numbers for the event was c50,000. In 2017, it is intended that Waterford Harvest Festival will be 3 day weekend event – a city centre festival with based around food and family entertainment. This event shall commence on Friday 8th until Sunday 10th and will be held in the Waterford City centred on The Mall, and throughout the City Centre.
