The Abbeyfield Society - Tender for Servicing of Gas Appliances

Tender description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide servicing of gas appliances at The Abbeyfield Society. The Abbeyfield Society is a charity whose mission is to provide the best service of care and housing for their residents, and to be a champion for older people. The requirement is for the servicing of gas appliances, twice per annum, at approximately 133 properties across the UK. Servicing will be undertaken at the start and middle of the heating season to domestic, commercial and associated equipment. The Abbeyfield Society properties are split across 3 divisions: South, North and East. Servicing will be required for any gas appliance or flue installed in the premises. All works must be undertaken to comply with all applicable legislation. Contract value approx. £175,000 over the 3 year contract.
