TD1231 - City Centre Regeneration Projects - Planning Consultancy Support

Tender description

Derby City Council (DCC) ran a further competition exercise under its Specialist Consultancy Framework 9NYE-3QR3EQ (TD0784), Lot Two: Development Management for planning consultancy support relating to key city centre regeneration projects. As part of the first phase of delivering the City Centre Masterplan, the DCC Regeneration Projects team is currently progressing three projects, which will together form the cultural cluster within the City Centre. The three projects are: • A new Performance Venue on the site of the Assembly Rooms. • The Becketwell Regeneration Scheme, incorporating an international standard ice rink (or other leisure use) on Duckworth Square and redevelopment of the former Debenhams building. • Transformation of the Market Hall and its surrounds This Contract will expire on 18 July 2019. There will be an option to extend the contract for twelve (12) months until 18 July 2020 subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum contract period is 36 months.
