Tender description
Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Strategic Market Support Partner to support our Adult care and Wellbeing Market. Please note that we are reserving the Contract under Article 77 of the Public Contracts Directive. This call to competition relates to a Schedule 3 ‘Social and Other Specific Services’ service under the new 2015 regulations (light touch regime) and will be only be bound by Section 7 of the Act and the underlying treaty principles.
