Hampshire County Council is commissioning traditional Overnight Respite in a residential setting for Children and Young People with a Disability. Any services provided under this agreement will be part of a holistic support package for the child or young person that meets identified objectives as part of a Care Plan agreed by the child or young person, their family and social worker. Hampshire County Council invites organisations who provide overnight respite operating in or around the area of Hampshire County Council to tender for the delivery of overnight respite services for children and young people with a disability. The Council aims to create an ‘open framework’ arrangement with an initial duration of two years with the option to extend by two 12 month periods (a potential total duration of four years). The initial Framework will be set up for a 1.10.2017 start. During the duration of the Open Framework, new providers of overnight respite can apply to join at any time.
