Tender description

The GMCA (‘Contracting Authority’) is seeking a Provider to deliver a service through the Social Impact Bond programme (on a payments based on outcomes approach) which will offer an effective service to long-term entrenched rough sleepers. The Provider is expected to deliver a coordinated and consistent support service that will stop entrenched rough sleepers from living on, or returning to the streets, by helping them into accommodation and addressing their other needs through more personalised and holistic support across all 10 GM boroughs i.e. Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan.
