Tender description

Surrey County Council is working in partnership with West Sussex County Council in relation to tender WSCC - SC - Learning and Development Dynamic Purchasing System - application process (WSCC-012139) Surrey County Council (the Council) wishes to conduct an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for Service Providers to deliver a wide range of apprenticeships in accordance with the specification. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quote and reserves itself the right to accept any quotes in whole or part as regards such items on the schedules as the Council thinks fit, each item for this purpose being considered as separately quoted for. The information set out in this ITQ is being made available to the Bidders for their sole use and for the sole purpose of assisting them to prepare and submit a response and on condition that it is not used for any other purpose. Please treat all the information set out in this ITQ as confidential Information. Our objectives and requirements With our specification we have identified 10 objectives for this commission. Our primary focus is to ensure we have suitable suppliers to deliver our apprenticeship requirements. Due to the complexity and variation in Apprenticeship qualification we require, we are putting our requirements out in 3 phases. This ITQ is for Phase 1 Apprenticeships only. Any bids submitted for phases 2 or 3 will be rejected and not evaluated.
