The West Kent Waste Partners (Dartford Borough Council, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council) are carrying out Pre-Procurement Supplier Engagement in relation to kerbside household Recycling & Refuse collection services and Street Cleansing services. West Kent Waste Partners have published this Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) to alert potentially interested organisations with appropriate expertise and relevant experience of this potential opportunity. The primary aim of this pre-procurement supplier engagement is to understand the market and the options available to the group to deliver its outcomes. Organisations interested in taking part in the pre-procurement engagement process must register an expression of interest on the advert on the Kent Business Portal — www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by Monday 14.8.2017. All organisations that register an expression of interest will be sent a confidentiality agreement to sign. Those organisations that return a signed agreement will be issued with further information (PIN pack) w/c 14.8.2017 and invited to attend a contractor engagement meeting on either 6. or 7.9.2017.
