Tender description

Crown Commercial Service as the contracting authority wishes to establish a pan government Framework Agreement for the provision of Permanent Recruitment Services, intended for access by all UK public sector bodies including Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Devolved Administrators and Emergency Services and other bodies who will be named in the OJEU contract notice. This framework aims to establish an agreement with a comprehensive range of suppliers providing national and regional coverage. CCS wishes to carry out market engagement to test assumptions behind the proposed lot structure and services. Provision of services to support the permanent recruitment (including fixed term appointments) of HR roles. Example roles (but not limited to) include recruitment, workforce management and HR policy. Provision of services to support the permanent recruitment (including fixed term appointments) of Marketing roles. Example roles (but not limited to) include communications, events, campaign and press managers. Provision of services to support the permanent recruitment (including fixed term appointments) of Legal roles. Example roles (but not limited to) include paralegals and lawyers.
