Tender description

Establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of Communications, Marketing and Digital Services for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) National Network which will support and promote the LEO's at a national level. This contract will be managed by the LEO Communications and Marketing Manager based out of Enterprise Ireland. The scope of the framework agreement will include, but is not limited to the development and implementation of a communications strategy based on key set pieces and events taking place throughout the year. The successful company will provide ongoing communications services to raise awareness of LEO supports and profile the service/product offering of LEO client companies. The communications service will promote and profile Irish innovation in key sectors, LEO client companies, through LEO expert spokespeople, events, initiatives, PR, branding, advertising and messaging.
