Provision of a Winter Weather Forecasting Service

Tender description

North Lincolnshire Council is inviting tenders on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council and Hull City Council for the provision of a Winter Weather Forecasting Service for each of the 3 Authorities identified above. This service is to include a number of forecasts provided in different formats, text information and “alerts”. This tender exercise is being led by North Lincolnshire Council on behalf of themselves, Hull City Council, and North East Lincolnshire Council in conjunction with their Regeneration Partner Engie Services Ltd (Engie Services). Engie Services will be responsible for participating in the tender exercise on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council including liaising with tendering organisations, responding to tender clarification questions, participating in the evaluation of tenders and making the final recommendation on the most economically advantageous tender. Once the resultant Contract is awarded the Contract will be between the successful tenderer and the respective Council’s but with respect to North East Lincolnshire Council will be managed day to day on behalf of the Authority by Engie Services Ltd who will have authority to act on behalf of the North East Lincolnshire Council Further information is available to download via http://www.yortender.co.uk.
