Tender description

YPO was looking for a provider to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of HR advice/administration and payroll services to Schools in the London Borough of Redbridge. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of education establishments in the London Borough of Redbridge only. The appointed provider will have the capacity to deliver HR advice and administration services to Schools across the London Borough of Redbridge. These services are currently provided by the local authority. At the agreed call-off start date all services will transfer across to the successful provider. The provider will be responsible for the delivery of all payroll services for the School, this will be transferred across from the council to the successful provider.
