Pay & Display machines and spare parts

Tender description

We have 24 Metric Accent machines which were removed June 2016. All machines were operational when removed. The cabinets are generally in a poor condition although the innards are in good order. The validators were upgraded to accept the new 5p and 10p but not the new £1 coin released 2017. There are no pedestals, which were in poor condition and disposed of. Included in the sale are a number of cash boxes (approx. 40) - these are well used but operational - and a box of credit card readers in new condition. The card readers are approx. 15 years old and may not be compatible with modern cards; no guarantee is given that these will operate with modern card systems. For the purpose of the bidding it is assumed that the machines are for spares or repair only.
