PLEASE BE AWARE: THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS WEDNESDAY 9TH AUGUST AT 12:00 PM. Leicester City Council invites Quotations for the supply of stationery and other goods, to be used ad promotional merchandise, for the Waste Management Team. The requirement is for suppliers to provide quotations for a number of items listed, in several price breaks, to be used as promotional merchandise at the fairs for new and returning students, at the universities of Leicester and DeMontfort. The campaign is aimed at students and encouraging them to recycle and dispose of waste responsibly. Therefore, the products required, must have green credentials, as specified. This is a one-off requirement. Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation. Submissions must be received via the EastMidsTenders portal: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/index.html. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted. Any queries/questions regarding this opportunity must be received via the ProContract portal only, otherwise they will not be responded to.
