MARKET EVENT:Short stay supported accommodation and preventative services for homeless people

Trafford Council is proud of our services to support homeless people and is striving to achieve the Governments Gold Standard for homelessness services. Following a comprehensive review of our needs, commissioners are looking to re-procure a number of bespoke services to provide short stay supported accommodation and preventative services for homeless people aged 16 and over and adults. The services will be an important part of our response to homeless single people and will work in close partnership with Trafford’s Housing Options service. In order to encourage interest in this opportunity we will be holding a briefing event on Thursday 21st September 2017 at 14.30 – 16.00 pm Rooms A Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. At the event we will be able to provide further information regarding our requirements and give interested parties the chance to meet with the landlords of our current short stay accommodation based provision and our Housing Options service. The event will be facilitated by Trafford Council Commissioners with support from colleagues in STAR Procurement. Please confirm your attendance through the CHEST (via the messages) by no later than Wednesday 20th September.
