MARKET EVENT: Advocacy Services

Trafford Council is seeking to procure an advocacy service which will provide a range of statutory advocacy services to the citizens of Trafford. We intend to issue the tender via the CHEST in September 2017 The services that will be in scope of the tendered contract are: Independent Mental Capacity Act Advocates (IMCA) Care Act Advocacy Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) Independent complaints advocacy service In order to encourage interest in this exciting opportunity we will be holding a briefing event on Friday 8th September, 2017 at 10.30am – 12.00 pm, Conference Room A, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. At the event we will be able to provide further information regarding our requirements and give interested parties the chance to find out about the proposed procurement process. The event will be facilitated by Trafford Council Commissioners with support from colleagues in STAR Procurement. Please confirm your attendance through the CHEST (via the messages) by no later than Thursday 7th September. Please be advised, attendance at the event will be limited to a maximum of two attendees from each organisation. Book early to avoid disappointment. We look forward to meeting with you.
