Tender description
As part of the commissioning process, Herefordshire Council is undertaking a soft market test to assess the demand and experience of providers who could operate the daily running of WISH, maintain and extend the content as well promote the website. This gives potential providers the opportunity to express their interest. The council will use the information to appraise options and develop the specification for the service. Continued website development of WISH and upgrades are being delivered through a contract with a provider and does not form part of this market engagement. A separate provider currently edits, extends and maintains the content of WISH, as well as promotes the use of the website within communities. This contract is due to cease on 31st March 2018. Proposals are invited that ensure continuity of these essential functions and explain how the online offer could be extended. Keywords: promote
