Tender description

The works comprise of undertaking an initial Management Survey to each of the identified sites and subsequent re-inspections thereafter at six monthly intervals for the duration of the contract. The purpose of the survey is to locate as far as possible the presence and extent of any suspect Asbestos-containing materials (ACM's) within buildings which could be damaged or disturbed during normal occupancy, including foreseeable maintenance and installation and to assess the condition of the host.
