Tender description

Provision of a schools lettings provider to manage income generation for schools by letting facilities and resource outside of school opening hours including the provision of on site staff to manage the lettings and secure the site. We are looking to a appoint a single provider who will provide a school lettings management solution which will include the lettings booking platform, marketing of the school facilities, management of the lettings invoicing and payments tool, onsite staffing of the letting ans security of the premises both during the booking and upon completion including locking up of the premises We are undertaking this tender in accordance with the urgent procedure for open tenders with a reduced period for the tenders to be open. The justification for this approach is that we are rolling out a new FM service to our academies and as part of this the successful supplier will provide the service of locking up our buildings rather than our own FM staff and for this reason we need to roll out the contract to ensure that safety and security of our buildings and the site users.
