Tender description

It is anticipated the tender opportunity will be a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement comprising of the following lots however the Wheatley Group reserve the right to amend. Lot 1 — Commercial Contracts. Lot 2 — Legal Governance. Lot 3 — Legal Charities. Lot 4 — Legal Employment & Civil Litigation. Lot 5 — Banking. Lot 6 — Debt Recovery Services. Lot 7 — Property Searching, reporting and statutory requirement services. It is anticipated the Framework will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. The anticipated value of the Framework over the term is circa 6 000 000 GBP. The Wheatley Group intend this to be a collaborative procurement exercise and as such it is our intention to open this Framework up to other Public Bodies for utilisation. Property Searching, Reporting & Statutory Requirements Services. Lot 6 — Debt Recovery Services — Sheriff Officers to serve various legal documents in the course of litigation and debt recovery across Group. Lot 5 — Banking — including as a minimum capital markets and funding agreements and related to both Scots and English law. Lot 3 — Legal Charities — including as a minimum charities advice including legal structural business and corporate matters and associated legal advice; Lot 2 — Legal Governance — including as a minimum governance and business structures including associated legal advice. Lot 4 — Legal Employment & Civil Litigation — including as a minimum employment law, pensions and court litigation services; Lot 1 — Commercial Contracts — including as a minimum procurement, construction, development, real estate, intellectual property, information technology and associated legal advice.
