Tender description

Design, manufacture and erection of a bespoke contemporary, carbon efficient timber-framed community centre as part of the regeneration scheme for the Highfields Estate, in accordance with Planning Approval ref: P1364. 15. The contract will be a "turn-key" project with the contractor talking full responsibility for all aspects of delivery including foundations, services connections, fit-out, landscaping and installation of a children's play area. The contractor will also ensure discharge of Planning conditions and obtain Building Regulation sign-off
