Framework Agreement for the provision of a responsive supply, repairs and maintenance service for dishwashers, washing machines and tumble dryers. Framework agreement for the provision of a responsive supply, repairs and maintenance service for dishwashers, washing machines and tumble dryers. North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) is procuring the services on behalf of other contracting entities. These may include other NHS Mental Health and/or Community Trusts that NELFT is responsible for procuring services currently or at any point in the future. The geographical area likely to be covered is London and the south east. It may also include any organisation working together on the North East London Sustainability and Transformation Plan (NEL STP). NELFT provides procurement services for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH). NELFT has only included BEH specific requirements as part of this tender. However, the Framework Agreement will be awarded on behalf of any of the contracting entities detailed above. NELFT reserves the right to procure services on behalf of any body detailed above under any contract resulting from this procurement, at any point in the future. When awarding call-offs (i.e. individual contracts) under the Framework Agreement, individual contracting authorities will be responsible for awarding and managing their own call–offs.
