Tender description
The Office of Public Works (OPW) seeks tenders from reputable service providers for the provision of an on-site ICT support team at its offices in Trim, Co. Meath (Jonathan Swift Street) and Dublin (52 St. Stephen's Green and Dublin Castle). The team will provide front-line Helpdesk support along with back-end infrastructure support services inc. email. It is envisaged that the contract(s) would be for an initial 24 month period with the option of an extension to 36 months in total.
