Tender description

Herefordshire CCG is seeking to commission a Contractor to deliver the Service to Service Users, across a number of the service delivery locations, including at Service Users' usual place of residence and work, schools, day-centres and community hospitals, covering one or a combination of the following Services: — delivery and collection service, — storage and stockholding service, — repair service, — decontamination service, — reconditioning service, — planned preventative maintenance service (powered wheelchairs and power packs only). The purchase of all new wheelchairs is excluded from this proposed contract.
