Hayling Island Seafron Masterplan; Appointment of an Architect

Tender description

Havant Borough Council requires the services of an architectural practice with appropriate professional support from property and technical consultants. Quotations are required on a fixed fee basis for the Creek Road Regeneration Project - the first delivery phase of the Hayling Seafront Masterplan. The Council are keen to sustain Hayling Seafront as a destination for all as part of the Prosperity Havant agenda. Projects will benefit existing residents and tempt visitors to stay longer and spend more. Regeneration will focus on new homes in the right places, combined with a broader range of business and leisure opportunities. Capital receipts from developments will be locally invested in seafront public realm, parking areas and local facilities.
