Tender description

Worcestershire County Council wish to procure a single service providing both children's advocacy and an independent visitor scheme. The children and young people could be in placement in Worcestershire or out of the County and will be up to the age of eighteen years, and care leavers up to 21 years of age or 25 years of age if in full time education (Further or Higher Education). The Service will be accessible to all Worcestershire children and young people who are looked after, children in need, subjects of child protection plans and care leavers. Provision of an Independent Advisory Service for looked after children children in need and child protection cases and an Independent Visitor Service for looked after children and care leavers.
