Tender description

Norfolk County Council is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of a targeted service that supports young people in Norfolk aged 13 - 19 to successfully engage in Positive Activities that contribute to preventing their trajectories into requiring statutory intervention. We are seeking a provider that can evidence a track record of working with the target age range, as individuals, in groups and in priority local areas and who can demonstrate that they have evidence of enabling targeted young people to achieve positive outcomes. Norfolk County Council is seeking to contract with a provider that can work across the entire county of Norfolk, providing a positive activity worker that will support targeted young people to successfully engage in diversionary and meaningful positive activities, and will prevent the risk of trajectory to requiring statutory intervention.
