Tender description

This project aims to increase the level of warmth in the homes of older residents in the Royal Borough of Kingston who are at risk of experiencing fuel poverty and to reduce their energy bills. The project will also reduce the likelihood of cold related illness within the targeted households using a range of health promotion activities. The service provider will be expected to complete 300 home visits to Kingston residents in the Winter months of 2017/18.
