Tender description

This will be a single vendor framework for the duration of two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) year and a further one (1) year. Level of engagement with the appointed production management company will be largely due to the Council-organised large-scale events such as the Boishakhi Mela and Fireworks Night which are subject to confirmation on an annual basis; we would be unable to guarantee a high level of engagement with the production management company without confirmation of these large-scale events. The added flexibility of the optional additional year/s also provides an additional opportunity for the Council to review and manage the performance of the appointed supplier and encourages greater due diligence from the supplier. This will be a single vendor framework for the duration of two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) year and a further one (1) year. The value for each year of this contract will be for an estimated 241 250 GBP; the estimated value for the initial two (2) years of the contract will be a maximum of 482 500 GBP, with the option to extend for one (1) year for an estimated additional maximum of 241 250 GBP and the option to extend for a further one (1) year for an additional maximum of 241 250 GBP. The Council has determined that this procurement falls within the Light Touch Regime as provided for within the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015 and as such is not subject to the full requirements of the Regulations.
