Tender description
The Contracting Authority is inviting applications from Suppliers to deliver apprenticeship training for employers not using the digital account. This is a light touch procurement conducted in accordance with Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, through the use of a modified restricted procedure. Please see to the procurement document ITT (Attachment 1 sections 2 and 3). In order to be eligible to be invited to submit a tender, Suppliers must be registered as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers as set out in the procurement documents (Attachment 1 Invitation to Tender). The delivery in England of Apprenticeship training for employers not using the digital account. The Contracting Authority requires the services as set out at II.1.4 above and in more detail in the procurement documentation. The Contracting Authority requires sufficient delivery of the services in each of 9 geographical regions in England and shall assess Suppliers' intentions to deliver in those regions.
