Tender description

Overview of Requirement: High Speed Two (HS2) Limited (HS2 Ltd) intends to procure a Contract for production of two interrelated items - an ecology a Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) animation and a set of images to support a public communications campaign through the process set out in the ITQ. HS2 Ltd requires the following services to be provided by the Supplier under this contract: • Develop a script and storyboard for the animation, including illustrative stills of key scenes, based on the agreement at the kick-off meeting with the successful Supplier; • Advice about overall style and approach to maximise the effectiveness of the animation; • Production of a basic, draft animation, to support the feedback and approval process; and • Production of a final, fully produced animation, including music soundtrack, voiceover and captions. Procurement Process and Next Steps: The procurement exercise is being conducted using HS2 Ltd.'s e-Sourcing Portal Bravo. All messages should be sent through the Bravo secure messaging facility following publication of the ITQ documentation. In order to obtain a copy of the ITQ documentation and participate in this procurement exercise, prospective Applicants will need to initially register on Bravo e-Sourcing Portal as per the instructions included in the 'Additional Information' section below.
