Disposable catering supplies

Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from organisations who are able to meet the requirements for the supply of Catering Disposables. The annual spend is estimated to be 78 000 GBP per annum however this is not guaranteed. The contract will be awarded initially for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further three 12 month periods, each on a year by year basis. The intention is to award to a sole supplier, however if one supplier cannot meet the council's requirements then it will be awarded to a additional participant(s).
