Tender description
The contract is for a framework agreement to cover the provision of building surveying services and the design and contract administration of small works projects commissioned by the University of Nottingham (generally less than 4 000 000 GBP construction value). It is anticipated that interested parties will be able to provide the following services: 1) Preparation of feasibility studies and reports including evaluation of options. 2) Design. 3) The production of drawings and specifications. 4) Preparation and submission of applications for Planning and Building Regulations. 5) Contract administration including cost management. 6) Principal Designer role. The framework is anticipated to run initially for a period of three years with an option to extend by 1 further year (total 4 years) subject to satisfactory performance.
