Tender description

The Council is looking for a software solution to manage the delivery of its care support packages. Such a solution will include the following elements: • recording of care visits, using mobile or land-line technology; • using the records of visits to provide financial information to calculate the payment of carers and the invoicing of service users; • enabling the commissioning of appropriate care providers in response to service user requests, based on previous experience and workload of the provider. Luton Borough Council currently offers care and support to approximately 1593 service users per annum. These services are supplied by 7 care organisations.
