The Association wishes to procure a Main Contractor to undertake the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new build scheme at Mary Murray House, Lawnfield, Donard Park, Newcastle with a proposed mix of accommodation as follows; 12 No. 3 Person 2 Bedroom CAT 1 Apartments 2 No. 3 Person 2 Bedroom Wheelchair Apartments The scheme has been programmed to commence on site on or prior to 31.3.2018 for inclusion in the 2017/18 Social Housing Development Programme. A planning application will be submitted for the above mix. NIHE have confirmed their support for the above mix of accommodation.
