Tender description

Bassetlaw District Council recently acquired several buildings/land on Bridge Street in Worksop town centre (main pedestrian area) which has significant redevelopment potential. The site comprises an irregular parcel of land, measuring around 0.5ha located on the eastern side of Bridge Street (see Appendix B). Officers are seeking an accredited conservation architect (Architects Accredited in Building Conservation registration) and good experience of working with Listed Buildings in mixed use schemes.
