Tender description

The provision of Banking Services to the Scottish Central Government sector. The Scottish Procurement & Commercial Directorate (SPCD) is the organisation tasked with procuring requirements on behalf of Scottish public sector bodies. The current Central Government Banking Services framework is due to expire on 30.6.2018. It is vital that the procurement strategy is correctly informed to ensure that the framework portfolio can be brought to market in its optimal form. Work has commenced in developing the strategy. In order to complete the strategy SPCD recognises the value of suppliers having the opportunity to contribute to his process on a non-competitive, non judgemental basis. This request for information is aimed at collating those views from market participants. This information may be used to develop the strategy to help deliver contractual arrangements for Banking Services requirements. We have attached, for information, the Framework Agreement, the current statement of requirements and pricing schedule. We have also attached historical data providing estimated annual volumes and details of Collaborative Partners currently using the framework. Suppliers should read the attached documents and complete the Request for Information questionnaire. Completed responses should be sent to Liz.Ramage@gov.scot by midday on Thursday 31.8.2017.
