Tender description

Note: This is not a Call for Competition, no documents are available at this stage. Digital Hub Development Agency intend to establish a Single-Party Framework Agreement for an Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Building Conservation, redevelopment, refurbishment and Ancillary Services at The Digital Hub (Lot 1) and a Single Party Framework Agreement for Project Management Services (Lot 2). Single Party Framework Agreements will be established for Lot 1 Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services and Lot 2 Project Management Services. the Project Manager (Lot 2) must be independent from Lot 1 and cannot form any part of the integrated design team. The total estimated value of contracts and services anticipated to be awarded over the lifetime of both Frameworks is estimated to be between 4 000 000 EUR and 6 000 000 EUR. The service requirements comprise consultancy and management services relating to Building Conservation, redevelopment, refurbishment, adaptive re-use and Ancillary Services to existing, new and currently inactive buildings at The Digital Hub Campus, Dublin 8. The Digital Hub Development Agency reserve to right to use either the Open or Restricted procedure for procuring the services required. If the Restricted Procedure is chosen the Digital Hub Development Agency intend to reduce the timeframe for receipt of expressions of interest to no less than 15 days from the date the RFT is published.
