Tender description

Hillcrest Housing intends to enter a framework agreement with a number of consultants of various disciplines to support the delivery of Hillcrest's development programme over the next 4 years. The framework will be tendered as 4 individual lots, the lots are split by service provision and include: Structural Engineer, Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent, Principal designer and Architect. Structural Engineer services will be required across the operational areas of the association including: Dundee, Angus,Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Fife, Edinburgh and Lothians. Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent services will be required across the operational areas of the association including: Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Fife, Edinburgh and Lothians. Principal Designer services will be required across the operational areas of the association including: Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Fife, Edinburgh and Lothians. Architect services will be required across the operational areas of the association including: Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Fife, Edinburgh and Lothians.
